Thank Goodness For Pool Parties

Mr. Preston enjoyed his third pool party of the summer yesterday; however, this was his first time to get in the pool @ 17 weeks...in the shaded pool. of course.  There was no freaking out, just a serious little guy intently staring at the water. He was mesmerized by watching it move around him! He did great!

It was hot, hot..only 110 outside, so this little one had to strip down to stay cool.

We came home, fed him,  gave him a bath, and put him to bed by 8pm. He must have been one tired man, as he did not wake up until 10 am the following morning!! I kept checkin on him to make sure he was still breathing! He has never slept this long. But I know that we needed it and he needed it, we have all been sleep deprived. So we slept in and left him to sleep as long as he needed to. It was glorious! Thank God for pool parties!
