Father's Day 2013

What a great day Father's Day was! Preston did a wonderful job preparing this year, a lot better than last year. :)

Dad got to sleep in, Mamma and baby made Dad breakfast and coffee--in his new coffee mug!--took care of all of the morning 'chores' and routine stuff. When Kevin woke we gave Dad his gifts, a new mouse pad for work covered in too cute pics of Mr. P and Dad and a homemade t-shirt for Kevin to wear all day long. Preston also did a great job of writing a really sweet card for Kevin, too. He's a genius, I tell ya. :)  We headed to church after breakfast and Kevin sported his new fashion-t. After P got in his first morning nap, we all headed to lunch at one of Kevin's favorite spots, and did a little leisurely shopping and browsing. The day was really great. There was some chores that had to done at the end of the day, but we saved those for last so we could enjoy the day. It was a great one! I think Kevin had a great day, which is exactly what P and I wanted for him.
